Our Client purchased the property and instructed us to obtain Planning Approval for a four-bedroom dwelling. The Planning Authority insisted that the existing structure remain true to its original design. The new extensions were to differ in materials to demarcate the old from the new. A vaulted ceiling was created at first floor level to give height to the bedrooms. A new galleried stair in the link building provided vertical access.
