Description

MD Ltd has secured approvals with South Glos Council for the erection of a detached structure in Downend.

This to be used for a member of the family to live independently. The proposed structure has been designed for adaptive living to include wheelchair and hoist access.

MD Ltd has been appointed to oversee the Tender and Construction stage and is pleased to announce the successful contractor to be BS Knapp Construction.

Enabling work has commenced week commencing 21st May 2018.

Work is well underway in Downend on the construction for adaptive living.

Internal walls under construction and beam & block floor delivered to the site.

Update: Roof timbers have been installed and ceiling joists fitted to hold mobility hoist track system, see this reflected in the new images below.
