Description

The existing property had been extended during the late 1960s to early 1970s with flat roofed dormers. The client’s brief was to redesign the dwelling maintaining headroom for bedrooms at first floor level.

The existing roof structure was replaced and a modest extension introduced to the rear to create interest to the elevation and provide for two bedrooms at first floor level.

The amendments to the building were undertaken in line with Local Authority Green Belt Policy GB1.
